Operating in over 20+ locations across India and Dubai, our journey began in a modest 100-square-foot outlet in Kothrud, Pune. Founded in July 2018, The Momo Panda celebrates the authentic flavors of Himalayan street-style momos, a beloved staple of the region for centuries. Named for its warmth and playfulness, The Momo Panda embodies the gentle yet spirited nature of the panda. Our mission is to provide an unmatched Himalayan momo experience to all our customers.
The Momo Panda is the brainchild of our driven and passionate founder, Yash Pawale. Born into a business family, Yash's entrepreneurial spirit ignited at an early age. While pursuing engineering in college, he founded his own sports management firm at 18 and launched football and cricket clubs at 19. As a national-level swimmer, Yash believes that the discipline and passion he had for sports have been crucial in shaping his entrepreneurial journey.
Venturing into the food and hospitality industry, Yash envisioned a restaurant that not only served delicious momos but also captured the vibrant spirit of the Himalayan regions. Through intensive research and dedication, he launched The Momo Panda in July 2018 and continues to handle its administrative and marketing aspects.
